A reconhecida marca de LED's Cree, que equipa a grande maioria de calhas de LED do mercado, anunciou a produção de um novo modelo XP-G, neste caso o XP-G2.
Este modelo LED, da Cree, é dos mais utilizados pelas marcas de aquariofilia, e neste caso a grande novidade não é tanto um aumento espectacular de potência/eficiência, mas o facto de ser esperado uma grande redução no custo de produção. Portanto, boas notícias para nós. Pode ser que assim, as calhas de LED's se tornem mais acessíveis a todas as "carteiras".
